Can someone please explain paying back the DPA at closing through seller's credit or concession/proceeds??! Ive tried to wrap my head around it but it just isnt clear enough for me to move foward.

Haven't been able to find a lender that could assist me with my needs as of yet.

My main role is on the asset management side (handling the day-to-day) but I assist on new acquisitions as well.

You can do multi units on conventional but really make sure you do t run into any issues with the down payment assistance that you used.
