Although there is nothing stopping you from doing that to cover your EMD, we would not be able to apply that EMD towards the purchase.

@Gabriela Rezende definitely looking at Gilpin, but was trying to avoid being directly in/adjacent to Black Hawk / Central City.

I reside in Woodland and looking to talk shop primarily about flips, and BRRRRS although I am still yet to determine my exact direction and open to other strategies. 

We are not familiar with the area directly outside of just what we can find online about it and would like to hear about the area from someone who knows it well and may be able to provide a local contact
