I downloaded one from FilePlace but it seems pretty extensive for a lease form...

I know there are contracts in the BP FilePlace and I have downloaded and read them all but none of them are for my state (Michigan) and I'd like to see what MI contracts look like.

I have downloaded and modified one; but wondering if I should pay the bucks and go to an attorney.
