What I am doing is daily trying to learn my market (Salt Lake City) by running numbers on deals that I see daily from MLS hot sheets that my realtor has set up for me.

I grew up in the South Hills (Mt Lebanon) and then moved to New Mexico for school but moved back because I love this city.     

I'm working on it with the various officers of the departments involved but what I wanted to remark on was the helpfulness and transparency of everyone involved from the City of Atlanta. 

Is it a big city, small town, middle of nowhere?

Let's share experiences with the city, utilities, etc!

I’m trying to buy 2 family house that is Currently a old day care center and the CofO is listed as Community Facility so the process to change back over here in new york could taKE up to 6 months to year plus Architect is giving me a Estimate of 100k.

In Baltimore City there are deals that range from 3 units to 20 units.

This is based on a property in the greater Los Angeles area in a city named Norwalk.

I'm looking at 100-150K properties, I would like B zones, so if anybody can help me in any aspect of the process - I'm really interested in learning about the cities I mentioned here.
