A $40 purchase can turn into a $5,000 purchase by the time they're done with you.My personal opinion is, hell, I'll pay a couple of thousand dollars for a program if it gives me strategies and information that make the investment worth it, and that the information I get can't be found online or in the library.In this particular case, yes, I'd be more interested if there were a money-back guarantee that I could depend on.

If they're the listing agent, it is likely that they have provided valuable information to the owner, learned the layout of the owners property, informed the owner of their responsibilities under the law, listed their home in the mls for every member to see, show and possibly sell, advertised their home in print and online, fielded telephone calls related to their home, conducted showings of their home and maybe even held an open house or two.

You can also look online, but I find it's easier when you can physically see and touch the items.After you have completed this exercise a couple times, you should have a really good idea what your material costs will be for most aspects of a rehab.
