@Charles Worth  my bank won't lend to anyone who does not domicile in their foot print nor lend on property that is not in their foot print.. too many banks got burned as you stated.Now many get around this like I do I have loans with partners who are spread all over the world but I am the prime borrower and guarantor as well.
