Rezoning unimproved land to R2 for attached villas
We are looking to build a few attached villas/duplexes in the St. Charles/O'fallon Missouri area. The plots of land that would suitably fit and be affordable to an individual versus large companies are zoned R1, with most on unimproved parcels of land (utilities available with hook up fees).
Anyone have any guidance on having a property zoned to accomplish this potential build?
