I’m pursuing my first investment property and I’m a bit unsettled after recent events with my Realtor and their team. 

I had an 8 hour surgery that day and my husband and I (mainly him) worked on uploading our custom lease after the surgery and we were going to send it to her that evening.

On the flip side if I focus on paying the tuition off first I may miss a potential opportunity that could jumpstart my investment portfolio but at least I won’t have that debt to worry about starting my journey off.

My dad is a long time investor and I've picked a few things up from him, but the majority of my knowledge has come from consuming mass amounts of books, podcasts, and reading the forums here on BiggerPockets. 

Well, since this thread is ice cold and perhaps everyone here is not aware of other conferences, here's a few on my radar.

FMR for Section 8 is $1396 in my area for the BR count, I’ve already contacted the housing authority and have my units listed on the section 8 board.

Now to figure out how to delete this one...I have been a 10+ year mint.com user and religiously track my expenses.

Build site is a block down from my house, so I'm planning to manage myself.
