I simply asked them what process do I need so I can get title insurance... the person in possession would not come to title to sign.. so the only thing I could get was this assignment ( which I had a mobile notary show up so we had a notarized sig) ..

But, then checked it out on a Zillow app and realized it was all for naught because it all became a unreadable mess if you're looking for a place on mobile.

That is a great service and the price is very reasonable.I can see that being very useful.Did you ever look at settlement statements and see the $50 to  $100 charges for mobile notaries

And of course depending on what you pay for you get a mentor (for a month) and other specialized training for whatever nitche you prefer (e.g. option lease, wholesale, creative finance, mobile homes, flip and fix, etc) What is your experienced and what have you heard...PLEASE SHARE...
