Buying, Fixing, Selling to Fellow Investors

Hello-

My background is in interior design and kitchen and bathroom remodeling.  I am interested in getting into mobile home investing as well - however I am very reluctant to deal with owner financing, lending to buyers, and the prospect of having to evict someone.  The value I bring is on the remodel and aesthetic side.  Are there investors who would ever purchase a fully renovated home from someone like me assuming that there is still value and profit on their end? Almost like a modified wholesale arrangement?

Just trying to figure out if this is even feasible!

Thanks for any advice.

Meg
