Good news is that many landlord-tenant attorneys should have some free time since they won't be going to court for a while.there were laws passed during the GFC that gave tenants protection if the house was sold at sherrifs sale and U have a valid lease at market rates you were able to stay the length of the lease unless who ever bought the home intended to owner occupy then they could terminate.
