The deal:I closed a few weeks ago on a duplex in Deer Park, Ohio, a suburb just outside of the east side Cincinnati, Ohio.

Didn't help.When we went in to do the eviction EVERYTHING was present in the house (including food in the fridge although the power had been shut off for nonpayment the week before); not a pleasant experience in the middle of summer in Georgia.

However, I still feel that going in through the listing agent is a winning strategy since there are fewer middle men, making turn around much faster.
