Good day, I recently signed up to take the Than Merrill class to be a Wholesale Investor, any tips on how to be successful at this and what steps to take initially as a beginner?

Would love to hear any tips.

I understand the processes involved in construction and real estate and would love to link with people who need these types of services.

My view is that people are a big part of a business, and that affordability and quality of life for employees (as opposed to convenience for the CEO) may be the parameter that tips the scales.

For example, if you establish a rental property as an LLC, you'll want to set up a separate bank account for that LLC and consider having a debit/credit card linked to that account.
