Hello,Would like to get some feedback on a situation I’ve had come up in the last couple days. 4 unit condo, I own 1 unit and attached parking garage space.

The last 12 months aren't going to predict the next 12, and more or less next 120-240 months which is probably the minimum period to invest in. 

@Jerryll Noorden also apologies in advance because I had a pull back this last month on spending a dime because my dad  who is battling cancer and early dementia just decided to move here by me in Alabama because he was getting a divorce.

Last I checked, it was like 15% moving in, but 8% or 9% moving out.

I started a real estate business with $5k in savings last year, and I didn't use all of it (keep in mind that I had business experience).But... you've got to hustle like crazy. 

If you do 1031 exchange multiple times, do you pay taxes on the profit of only the last sold property or do you have to pay taxes on the total potential profits of all properties.

He’s funded my deals by taking out a loan from his 401k and I would make the biweekly loan payments , and pay him a fee once I sold my flips and refinanced my last property.

I traveled to Europe for 8 days last summer and really regretted not being able to relax due to having multiple guests checking in/out at my 2 STRs.
