We all don't want turnover and as long as this tenant is making an effort to pay their rent and keep your property clean, then something can be worked out just make sure you're covered.

Turnkey of course will be a little more on the PP side simply because someone is doing it all for you and they deserve a profit for their efforts just like a home builder or contractor etc.

I would feel like an idiot (and probably look like an idiot) if I put a ton of effort into figuring out an exact number for 10 years down the road and instead wrote 8.937 or something goofy like that.Anyways, I'm going to mosey back over to where I belong.
