@Ross Denman  and @Ozzy Smith Um, coming on a platform that gets 1000s of views a day and telling everyone you have great low cost properties can tap out your market.

They are acting strictly as an escrow agent and an offer platform.

Through this platform I'm hoping to build synergy and momentum with other investors and learn powerful strategies to build a real estate empire!

How do your costs compare for the 2 platforms?  

I am a huge proponent of the alarm.com platform In conjunction with a Qolsys control panel.

If conventional financing is not feasible, maybe this project would be viable on a crowdfunding platform? 

If you use a platform that lets you create one property listing and syndicate it out across numerous channels, you can focus on creating one killer ad and then you can reuse it every time the property is vacant.

Personal loan from a family member or friend or try peer-to-peer lending platforms to raise the capital you need.
