Search for passive investing or passive investor on your podcast platform.

But, during their move-in day, I happened to be in the kitchen with the daughter for a couple minutes and made friendly chit-chat about the iguana (in a cage on the kitchen counter). 

So prior to this text he and I had briefly chatted about investment rental properties because it was something he brought up and the conversation more or less was "this is what I'm doing as an agent because I have access to the MLS  to see what's coming up before the general public and have you guys ever considered real estate investing?"

However, I am increasingly worrying that since most of my bookings come through AirBNB, my business is at that platforms mercy.
