I'm beginning my marketing campaign, and looking toward the future when I have the phone calls to make and the deals to run with, my cell service is hit or miss so trying to use lunch to make calls seems next to impossible, do you find that potential clients get PO'ed if you call after 6 or 7 or later?

Try using the "Meetup App" to find local RE and Entrepreneur groups in the area.

I assume I have priced it correctly when I originally listed it and only do the small, $100 reductions to get it to ping the notifications on smart phones who have apps like Redfin or alerts set up in the RMLS.

You can use an app called "homesnap" to quickly take a picture of the houses and get their details or whatever you want to use to capture the addresses, and then compile a list from that to mail to.
