I’ve been looking more at South America (Ecuador, Colombia).My original goal was 3k/month, but now I think 5/6k.

I always harken back on this.I had gone on a 2 week camping trip to Tetons etc ended up over in Northern Wa cascades all the way up at the end of Lake Chelan which is just north of Wenatchee .. then hiked up into the remote forests of the northern cascades back packing.. came to this little lake after a full day hike.. we see one other couple camping/ back packing .. and we go over to say HI... the lady looks at me and says are you John Hinrichs I say no I am Jay.. she says I am Emily Buckley we bought your Ranch house from your dad... so 800 miles from home base and there home base.. 55 miles up one of the most awesome lakes in America  a full days hike into the northern cascade wilderness and run into only 2 people in the 4 days were were camping .. and they were clients of my dads and bought our ranch house.. to me the odds of that are like winning the lottery for sure.. so I always play..

I always wanted passive income but ended up choosing a career thinking that was the way to go in America - WRONG lol.

I could not even fathom just sitting at home day in day out.. be that no where ville middle America or even living like I did in the Napa Valley or Palo Alto or Portland .. and now Vegas which a lot of people like those spots. 

Toronto has historically low vacancy and the population is growing fast than any other city in North America, but obviously you would have some things to consider if you were interested.

And we are taking economic procedures right now that are going to serve to further reignite the economy when all this passes.don’t forget, ’cause I’m sure everybody has, swine flu outbreak 2009, 2010, right here, United States of America, 60 million Americans infected. you have to visualize this, 300,000 hospitalized.
