Lokesh, it doesn't appear you have something to mess with here unless you and the seller can provide a long term option, at least 5 years more like 7 in a seperate option agreement and an annual lease sufficient to pay all expenses.

Good morning all, I need to simplify my thinking.I have meetings In Dayton in the next few weeks to discuss how I can benefit the immediate community in which have been active.Meetings are to be scheduled with Catholic charities, Several veterans organizations, The state department who places refugees in the area (predominantly from Nepal) and who prefer a pocket in town that is particularly inexpensive) My original plan was to offer housing on a room by room basis That will be fully supported with services including lawn care and maintenance, and all utilities included.

That is, the lessee pays ALL expenses (water, irrigation labor, minor maintenance and repair of irrigation systems, picking, hauling, pruning, pest control, weed control, fertilization, etc, etc) and any profit is split 50%-50%.

Due to work, life, etc. he ended up renting it out in 2005, 06...when the markets crashed he saw a bunch of people essentially giving away their timeshares at the same location, so he bought them at rock bottom prices.He can sell his "premium" weeks for $4000-5000 each, with annual fees and taxes ranging in the $900-1200 range.
