Have an amazing one but feeling selfish bc he's working on my house now.

The goal is to get my own GC license but in AZ you need 4 years of experience (hands on or managerial) to even apply.

Its been a couple weeks since returning to BP con, and I feel like its taken about that same amount of time to wade through all my notes, ideas, inspirations, and things i "could do".  

-My idea would be to use the triplex cash flow to pay down the HELOAN in about 4 years. 

My partner brought in this deal and we had investors looking for this kind of deal.

My wife and I are in the very early stages of real estate investing. 

What should my next steps be?

My understanding is that you have to submit an application with the county in the same year as the transfer/purchase.

My client has dozens of California and non-CA properties.

My expertise is in the fix and flip space and now, I'm heavy into ground-up, new construction of DUPLEXES and Build 2 Rent (B2R).
