I know it's a slow burn, but if anyone has any recommendations as to who I should connect with, whether a business, or an investor in the Dade/Broward area, I am open to any and all suggestions, and I welcome collaboration.

Columbus has been pretty popular for investors since a lot of tech activity is happening here.

Here are some things to consider:Most investors don't need software until they have 5-10 rentals.

They should be able to help with "cover numbers" for budgeting purposes based on typical products used or ask them if they work with other investors - learn what the market is doing.

When you are a new investor and want to build you will pay 2-3x more than you expected and it will take about 4-6x as long as you think going ground up.

Caution: some states like Maryland have addopted laws to protect homeowners in preforclosure from "Predatory" investors.

I am a new investor and I am in the process of purchasing a property with my Heloc (7.75% fixed for 60 mo).
