Understanding one street can have three different values.

A seller is selling two houses that are on the same street separately, but they must be bought by the same buyer.

That comes from being out on the streets looking at deals.

There are a lot of moving parts renting to a section 8 tenant that you don't have to do when renting to someone off the street.
