It is natural for your feathers to get rustled when you see your tenants not taking care of your new property the way you want them to, but you also have to weigh the amount of damage an issue could cause vs. the amount of effort it will take to remedy said issue.

A little dose of reality for those anxious to "get into the game".As a licensed Property Manager for about 12 years, averaging 500 units managed, in spite of best efforts there has been occasion to encounter a less than desirable tenant.

Obviously there is more to the business than just marketing, like negotiating and closing deals, but your marketing efforts are what drive the whole process by providing a steady stream of leads for you to negotiate and turn into deals.

So don't get to stressed out or worried about it as long as you keep putting forth the effort.

If you at all understand marketing people will NOT do effort and go out of their way to go see if you are credible.

Stopping money from going overseas is more an effort to protect the values of housing in the major cities.
