I've followed BP for a while now but I have finally started taking steps toward achieving my goals. 10 years ago I wish I had entered the industry, rather than going back to school for my degree in education.

Frank certainly is too but over the last several years has fallen into a lot of derogatory and politicized commentary and just plain hate speech against journalists, politicians, tenants, affordable housing groups and just about anyone who doesn't line up exactly to what he wants the mobile home industry to be. 

One of our immediate concerns is the school year is just starting now.

What strategies have they implemented over the past year since the market has shifted significantly?

How long of a period is this P/L covering (typically a month, quarter, or year.)

It takes $14-20k per year to participate fully in datasources for most markets plus hours per week to see all the listings and movement.

They basically dump the bad stuff on you that no one wants empty lots and you are stuck for years with money not moving.

But the story and history got me hooked.  

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

In terms of rentredi though, I can say I've used it for about a year and a half on my three properties and have really liked it.
