As far as pricing or interest rates go, all of our investors publish rates daily, and also adjustments through out the day, based on what is happening on Wall Street and other major economic news in the US as well as in other countries.

I am the type of person who takes ambitious dreams, breaks them down into daily goals, and takes massive action every single day.

I stumbled upon bigger pockets in April of 2020 and listened daily during my hour and half drive each way to work.

I would let EVERY person you come in contact with daily know what you do.

I am keen on running the place and I imagine a minor investor would be happy to avoid daily housekeeper drama.  

Some HOAs don’t allow daily rental because they perceive this business model creates “transit” environment for its residents.

My investments have been hit hard with expenses -- likely my own inexperience and inability to be on site daily.

I still search Zillow for deals daily.
