If you don't have time or the commitment to work as an agent yourself, your best revenue stream will come through giving referrals to other agents.  

As well as for renovating (Ensure checking for termites, rotted wood - Bathroom and Kitchen renos are most valuable), Renting, Refinancing, etc.This would be great to have for new and experienced investors as well, as updating these lists as more valuable information comes in can benefit us all and ensure we cross our t's and dot our i's on all of our deals.I would be willing to help put this together if this is not in place already.Looking forward to hearing back from my fellow investors!

@Bao Nguyen  I know it can seem like a lot of work at the beginning (and it is, because I'm going through it right now as well) but the more disciplined and committed you are to it, the more it will pay off sooner rather than later.
