We'll see where this road goes!

I can make it downtown via bicycle without touching a road for more than 2 minutes faster than anyone can in a car during rush hour.  

Like I said, I'm 20 years old and even though I can have an educated conversation with some of the most high prestige investors in my area and nearly shock them with what I know and have set my focus on, the road to getting there is a long one for me (because of my age).

Looks like a nice place.I dont know how much traffic the road in front of the building gets -- I could see a gigantic banner hanging from the roof spanning half the length of the building with your company name/for lease & your ph#.  

I suppose BP didn't take it down due to technical or numbering issues, may be it just generates forum posts that equal money, have no idea why it's still there, but it contains information that is admission to RE violations and it's not fully explained, just tossing a deal together as suggested will take you down a road of federal finance law violations!

Everyday do one thing thing that will put you on the road to getting there. 

Small towns, well, rural to me is in a area with a 4 way stop on county roads and a gas station.

It's understandable if you don't have the money to get/maintain a RE license right now but down the road when you start making more money a RE license will  open up so many new doors. 

You can't even see it from the road.

(it seems like all real estate investing roads lead to BP).Real estate is really appealing in many ways, so I'm hoping to get involved.
