So you have financial outfits getting involved in businesses that had long been left to small owners or specialized funds.

There are probably many STR owners that would be happy with just the $25k CD return you could earn risk free. 

The same developers are the owners of Margaritaville, and they have the same property management requirements there.Reunion - Great location, beautiful homes, 3 championship golf courses, multi-million dollar water park and award winning tennis center - Appears great, but it's hard to make a profit. 

If they directed me to a site that had no new information and they never followed up with additional information; it was a red flag for me.

funny that I just ran across this, I had a site made with this CRM too but have not had the chance to really start using it yet.

@Doug Davis, I concur with the others above, you're going to have a helluva time acquiring an owner-occupied small multifamily, especially if your pre-approval/budget is around $300k-$400k, the main acquisition cost for many investors.

Use the site and see what others are listing for.

If they are listed I just set up a free search on MLS and Zillow.Unless these sites are finding unlisted properties I don't see the value in it.

This would be my first multi family investment opportunity, and If it goes the way I’d like, I can purchase 2 more duplex’s from the same owner.
