If anyone here has cracked CL flagging (I think I've tried it all over the years), please PM me.3. brokers and their agents cast a much wider net when looking for tenants, as they're advertising other similar apts in the same area and/or price range, and can thus bring you customers who initially inquired about another property.

That would be $1200/80,000 = .015 (similar to being called a '1 1/2% Rule').

I'm looking for people who have used them as I'm interested in doing very similar deals.

We would be depending on the rental income to pay most of the mortgage/taxes/insurance, but are concerned that Galveston may be too saturated with similar properties and that we might have a hard time getting enough renters to earn that income.We'd love to hear from others in the area who host STR property.

I built my own but they are pretty similar.

I'm going through a very similar situation with a very unreasonable and threatening tenant.  

Similar houses fully rehabbed are going for $200k-$325k. 

This was a similar model to the pre-2008 market collapse, but with many more restrictions.  

Im in Houston and dont have access to properties that have sold similar to mind.
