Pics can be misleading and you'll get a better feel in person.

However I still scan the Jensen Beach area, north and south also.

I send the owner pics of repairs.

They take care of the bookings, getting the cleaner scheduled, pro pic, manage the listings etc.You will have to line up the cleaner and handyperson but they can handle the calls and get them out there.

RE meet ups, scanning the MLS for deals that look like they were bought or sold by an investor, being active on here with good, sound advice and knowledge (not being sales-y), and just be opportunistic.

The paint job in the pic is really outstanding.
