If you want to be hands-on, build a team, use employees instead of vendors, scale something big and have a sizeable tolerance for risk you can be a bit more aggressive with the location. 

If you want to scale buy as an llc and gt as many as you want. 

You don't have the local understanding to be able really to negotiate with the local guys that might call and unless you're doing it on a really really mass scale, regaining your marketing investment will be tough.

I get the appeal of BRRRR for those who lack cash or want to scale faster, but to me it seems like I am introducing unnecessary variable/interest expense in taking out some kind of high interest LOC (sofi offered unsecured $100k at 9% or my bank will do secured $50k at 7%).Interested in any perspective, thank you.
