Good day BP community,Since I’ve become a member of BP I often scroll the forums and see some of the same Real Estate Rockstars answering questions or providing guidance and opinions. 

I'll send you a DM as well but wanted to connect as I'm very involved in the multifamily market for small(2-4 unit) and midsize(small apartment complexes) in the Pensacola area as both a real estate agent and as an investor. 

I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to utilize that to invest in real estate yet, but it doesn’t hurt to ask, right?

I really wish this type of mentoring would be embraced in our profession of real estate investing. 

And it's not just my real estate business either.

I would like to know, what do you think is the best thing to do for a teenager who wants to start in the real state world, While still being at school.

I am currently working on the selling side of invesment real estate in Indianapolis.

Some states require you to be a real estate agent, I think some even require you to take property management courses.

I've been a licensed real estate broker in the past, have taken the appraisal courses, but didn't take the test, and now a licensed contractor and plumber, and soon to be electrician and hvac.
