Old dog, new tricks

Hey folks. New to the group, but was in the game back before the 2008 recession. I've been a licensed real estate broker in the past, have taken the appraisal courses, but didn't take the test, and now a licensed contractor and plumber, and soon to be electrician and hvac. Also run a small, literally mom and pop, IT business. Wife is the brains, I'm just the muscle..and not a lot of that, lol. We've flipped a few houses in the past, built a few, remodeled a few, etc.  Have a small (less than 1000sq ft) house under contract now, closing soon and can't wait to get to work on it! Y'all have a good day and holler if you think we can help!
