Long story short we have had several different complaints all that we document via email, texts, and phone conversation with the original gal who signed the lease.

@Matthew Orton great point about college students not being self aware, I would email them directly regarding the manner or have your staff reach out to the person that filed the complaint and they could point you to the right direction and leaving their name out of it.

if you are on a cruise ship, google will translate SMS to your google voice number to a gmail email.

@Chris Wampler, I just sent you an email with an option. 

I get an email when a deposit is made from Venmo identifying the depositor and it also identifies the amount deposited and person in Venmo app.

Maybe the 2nd is simply an email 3 months later that is automated.

I know I'm not going to make any friends with this post... but my dear fellow investors.. do you have any idea how intrusive it is to not only get constant texts, phone calls, emails, letters (not as friends but from owner info taken from tax rolls), and now that investors are so desperate I have people calling and texting my PARENTS to see if I will sell my Texas properties.
