BP family,I'm looking to add value to some local RE Investors. 

We've actually been discussing getting a local networking group together of folks with complimentary strengths (wholesalers, contractors, agents, investors, property managers, etc.).

My family has been involved in REI since I can remember and I've spent countless weekends fixing rental properties and doing some DIY rehab.I'm currently in the research phase of my real estate career and although my family's experience in RE lays heavily in single family homes, I am more drawn to multi-family and flipping.  

Make sure to find your local REI meet-ups and attend as they are invaluable to establishing your local RE base.Good luck and contact me if there is anything I can do to help as an investor or architect!

I am just getting started with BP but have had a RE bug for over a decade and have transacted about 10 deals over 13 years.

These are just some things I came up with to ease into RE...If I decide RE is right for me by reading on BP and such, my future plan would probably be to sign up for an online real estate class with Moseley and get my RE Salesman Certification.
