I am currently deployed and moving in March so I am studying the area now (plan to move North west vegas).

I'm new to this and want to immediately start investing and a study with someone who willing to guide.

I’ve been reading and studying and have come here to learn as much as possible.

In the meantime I will study for RE license I know It will have more pro than con for me if I’m in this for a long haul.

I am currently studying financial planning and have read some articles that say commercial real estate is a great career for someone with a financial planning background.

I'm not completely committed to this deal but I'm using it more of a case study for when I am fully pursuing a multifamily.

Study Mr Nelson Nash’s work become your own banker, read as many books on the subject as you can.....many are free.

On the 4th time I hit the ball and closed the deal and I paid $50,000 in legal fees (success has a cost too - LOL).And that does not factor in the many hundreds of hours that I spent on studying markets, talking to people, making offers, doing due diligence, etc.If it were as easy as what the gurus say, real estate investing won't be as profitable.

If your out of the country and a complete newbie I would suggest do as much reading and studying about real estate as possible.When I got interested in real estate over 17 years ago I began to look for more knowledge and it helped a ton.
