The LLC is great for asset protection.

Plus, you have certain protections (beneficiaries to the property) with the fideicomiso.

At the end of the day, an attorney will be able to best advise you on what protections an LLC may or may not grant you.

I am looking for suggestions on creative ways to structure the deal that would protect the owner and myself.   

In all seriousness though, that kind of behavior warrants a call to Adult Protective Services.

It can be a lot of ground to cover but you need to protect your asset and yourself.
