I was wondering what are some personal preferences when shopping for banks loans?

I want to startout my real estate investment by constructing a few multi family homes (4plexes or 2plexes, preferably 3bed/2baths) in one of these zips. 

I know people who prefer 2 bd and I also know people who wont touch them, they will only do 1, 3, or 4 bd. 

I am a Veteran first time home buyer, and I believe a quad would be a great foundation for this journey.I am looking for a realtor/investor preferably someone who works with a team, and has connections with contractors.

The more you know going in, the more likely you are to achieve your goals in your preferred timeline.

Am I to presume that many agents prefer to work retail only, but others are also interested in working with investors, as is my agent?

I’m exploring it as an option, looking to establish my niche and getting ready to start. 

An attorney can handle a closing - one closed my home, although I prefer using a title company because of the fees. 

You must admit it sounds a bit unbelievable at first to someone not in this niche.
