difference between 2 bed room and 3 bed room single family home
Hi,
I am in the process of finalizing my new property which is in Doral lane in pike creek area in Delaware. I was told by my real estate agent that I should look for 3 bed room single family homes or townhome which would provide more rent than 2 bedroom homes. Can you guys share your experience in deciding between 2 bed rooms and 3 bed rooms homes? My goal is to maximize my rent.
Anybody can share any insights on pike creek area in Wilmington Delaware on chances of getting higher rents?
