I ended up hiring a general contractor and I checked his references, saw pictures on previous jobs, a copy of his license and insurance and came to a price.

But for reference sake, I believe they are all Sherwin Williams colors, I can snap pictures of the actual paint codes if anyone is interested.  

I always enjoy looking at before and after pictures and storie so here is one of my recent ones.Facts: 2 houses 1 waterfront lot for $160k.

For example I saw someone paint a restroom brown, put up pictures of the ocean, and put seashells and  starfish around the sink and on the wall.

Great videos try YouTube the "Wholesale to Millions"  channel he is pretty good at showing you a picture about the day to day and what to expect.... and does great live videos on Fridays ..you can ask questions he has covered everything if you look at his previous videos as well.  

Personally, I like the cards with a picture so I can remember the person more easily
