Don't listen to people who have never owned income producing RE.

People fall into the trap of spending without a purpose.

They literally open till mid-night and full of people. 

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

I am the first in my family to build this much wealth and own properties so I do not have any people in my network I can turn to for advice.

It's not a bad plan to live at home as long as you can and start investing, but the house hack is the key for young people in a lot of markets.

We learned that a LOT of people are willing to get rid of their father's or mother's home for a song because they can't come up with the tax money to keep it.I would say we do much the same sort of thing these days but our focus is shifting to finding small multifamily where the landlord just doesn't want to go on with what he has.
