Haven't seen the other two come to fruition...or if they have, I haven't found out.Demand might be really high right now, but it would likely be dominated by people trying to find someone to pay the full contributed capital for worthless positions in failed deals. 

I agree, although in my experience most often when people hear that "P" word they draw back and.... ruminate on "loosing" a % of there company, investment, cash-flow or profits. 

Real Estate Investors can play ahead of the game by learning about 1) Real Estate (of course), but not the basic stuff....all the tricks that can make you stay one step ahead of your competition. and 2) Construction - How a house is built and how to fix, remodel and add value.So for #1, you can just make this forum an addiction.

i have a couple quick questions about using rental income to qualify.This is my first (possible) purchase and basically the home price is outside of my range to qualify on my own.

In fact I know a few people who have had good experiences with Crexi.

Currently they have average finishings for the area.I have an idea on the rents but would like to hear what other people are currently renting their units for.

Once in there you will find plenty of people that are doing it, although the ones that will connect with you will most likely be begginers that don't know too much.
