@Luc Boiron it depends in what stageof the boom there are 3 phases you're ideal strategy is to hold and watch the market for a the main PEAK and sell or continue to hold.

In case you do not mind answering it, when we look at real estate graphs, we see the median price of the homes goes down in winter and is at the peak at the summer in Columbus.
