I just picked up this package today for the flip we're working on (will post before pics later today). 

Get replacements for the damaged ones, and next time find a local cabinet supplier that gets them into their warehouse in "knock down" (in assembled in flat packaging) form, and where you get plywood sides and bottoms.

They are asking $160k for the whole package which I think is too high.
