I couldn't resist the curiosity and purchased the detail report, something came up was:1) there was a traffic Minor Offenses (turned out to be true after verifying the country record)2) a couple of dismissed bankruptcy filing around 2008~2009, (not sure where to check on this).

I have always heard the 35% rule is the rule to use for lead conversion to lease signing but nowadays with so much click traffic and garbage leads (for us anyway), it is hard to use any set rule.
