Keep a copy of the dated analysis as proof you were planning to sell.

That includes business cards, online marketing advertisements, fb ads, etc.Example: I post a fb add saying, "sell me your house, I buy them cash" Do I need to put, "Sell me your house, I buy them cash, I am also a realtor"
