Knowing how to draw the value of a subject property is one of the most crucial parts of the game.

After underwriting a few RE deals, I decided I needed to get into the RE game.

However multiple passwords, statements, checkbooks, etc make it very cumbersome especially as you own more properties.

I just worry about revealing my poker hand before the game has started...

Also, if the international tariffs remain in effect for an extended period of time, this will most likely create downward pressure on economic growth that may reverberate into multiple sectors. 

I'm relatively new to the real estate investment game as I only started out with rentals two years ago and I'm just going about looking for flips now, so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

If you aren't planning on buying multiple MLS properties or working as an agent it probably isn't worth it.

I've had multiple people come and look at the projects, tell me they would get back to me with a bid, and that's the last I hear from them.
