Sunday morning I start trying to install it and the screw holes all line up but the screws aren't the right size to secure it to the fan.

I had a couple (stated they were engaged) apply this morning, one's credit score is 646 and the other's is 711.

She was on board and then this morning, after she spoke with a realtor friend, she is under the impression that she will have negative repercussions with her Social Security income if she does sell her property.

But find a source of inspiration she can go to when she gets anxious about the idea.

I think I am most proud of the fact that I requested to be able to show the house to prospective tenants one time per week within the purchase offer, so I literally got the keys on Friday morning and had a tenant moving in Sunday afternoon!
