Renters insurance can cover all sorts of risks from medical to loss of use to damage to possessions etc….

I found on another discussion on BP that his system hasn't been updated since 2008, while the medical programs have been since we had 2, now 3 different administrations in office.One person knew two people that purchased his program. 

Bowling alley, MFH, storage, medical plaza, etc.  

Evictions have been banned if you are affected by covid but this sounds different since she is supposedly unable to work medically.

If they're like, "gee willickers, cutting grass makes my skin rash" or "I am unable to due t o my medical condition" or whatever their reason, just hire a lawn service.

I am next door to you in Saint John, New Brunswick and I know it's a hard pill to swallow, but the electrical needs to go in your name, especially since each tenant is on their own lease.

I went to counseling (which was a big taboo in my family) and after a couple sessions getting to know each other, my counselor told me, “you could go on medication, but that won’t fix the underlying issue: you’re working outside your calling.”

My experience is that many of them appear to travel because they are mentally unstable and/or addicted to medications and wouldn't last in a long-term position.
